AIOU DTS Degree Tracking System is online facility by Allama Iqbal Open University. All students of AIOU University can track their degrees online. They can get list of objections and can resolve those objections.

How to use AIOU DTS Degree Tracking System

In the above section you can enter your Roll Number e.g. BO680724 or Degree Tracking ID e.g. EBN-AGZ-2G33. When you enter one of these details and press the check status button then you will get the latest record of your degree dispatching or objections. Here is the more explained method.

Press the “Check Status Button”.
A new page will show the degree status and objections list.

AIOU DTS Status Types

Now there are different status of degrees. You can understand these status one by one through the given details.

In Process Applications

In the case of in process applications there will be a time schedule or objections. If there is any objection in your application it is written in Red Bold Font. You have to resolve that issue and then AIOU University will dispatch your degree on your postal address.

You can see in this degree status that there is an objection of attested copies. The time given for solving is 30 Days. It is clearly marked that “Please address your objection within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in the automatic rejection of your case, and you will be required to resubmit all necessary documents.”

How to Complain about AIOU DTS Record Status

In some cases AIOU DTS Portal do not show the updated status of degree. For example you have submitted your case within time but portal is not updating, then here is the way to complain and get updated record.

Here is how you can file a complaint to AIOU University for DTS Status..

Write an official complaint letter in the name of the controller examination department of AIOU University Islamabad.
Make sure that you have completed your case and removed the objections.
You can complain online through email and also through postal office by hand written application.
You have to Wait for 2-3 working days for the reply and if you do not professionally get a reply follow up.

How to Check Degree Dispatch Status?

If your application is ok then AIOU DTS will show the following status. AIOU will also send message on your cell phone.

Dear Student, Your PC/Degree has been Dispatched at your given address” if not delivered to you, then you can concern your Post Courier/Office or TCS Centre.AIOU Official Message

Now if you have received this message and not getting degree from Post office then follow the given procedure.

Visit the Pakistan Post office website here https://ep.gov.pk/
Use the ‘Tracking ID” search field to check your dispatch status
Enter Post/Courier No.RGL number which you can get from the AIOU-DTS Portal
Once you enter all the details you can get the status of your degree. Where it is right now and when you will receive it? You can also request them to collect by hand in their office. You need to provide the verifications that they request from you.

Duly filled Degree Form
Fee Challan (Degree Fee, Reappear Fee if any)
Official Copy of PRC/Transcript for which Certificate/Degree is Required
Attested Copies by Gazetted Officer (Stamp should be with the Name & Designation) of Previously Completed Certificates/Degrees.

AIOU Degree Fee
